	Assignments can range from two hour temporary jobs to full-time positions. Employers commonly use us for 90-day temp-to-perm placements. This means that you are a temporary employee for the first 90 days. At the end of this probationary period, if both you and the employer are pleased with the match, you automatically roll over onto their payroll. There are no fees to you at any point during this process. All we ask in return is your cooperation, dedication, and hard work. We also offer a direct-hire option to employers if they choose to hire you right away.
